Primary Air Flow Calibrators

Primary airflow calibrators are used for calibrating personal sampling pumps, which are key tools for exposure assessment. The accuracy of sampling depends on how much air passes through the sampling media, which is where air flow calibrators are needed, and good laboratory analysis. Sampling pumps should be calibrated before and rechecked after sampling using a primary airflow calibrator.

TSI Model 4146 Primary Air Flow Calibrator

The Model 4146 primary airflow calibrator has a range of 0.01 to 20L/min (liters per minute). The 4146 is a small, portable, battery-operated calibrator that is lightweight and easy to use. Volumetric flow rate is continuously displayed so that adjustments to pump flow can be made in real-time. This primary airflow calibrator is accurate to 2% of reading.

Sensidyne's GILIBRATOR-2 Air Flow Calibrator

Sensidyne's GILIBRATOR-2 air flow calibrators provides the user with a convenient and automated way to check almost any air sampling pump for proper air flow and function before their deployment. This primary airflow calibrator system is made up of a GILIBRATOR-2 Base, which is used with the three sizes of wet bubble cells. These interchangeable components are also available as part of kits which can also include a complete calibration diagnostic panel. All cells twist on the base for easy mounting.

Air Velocity Meters

Air Velocity Meters give you the capability for making a wide variety of velocity, temperature, and air volume measurements. You can also log data for later detailed analysis and report generation. All Air Velocity Meters offered through Wilner-Greene are easy to use from the first time you pick them up. All models measure velocity and temperature, calculate flow rate, perform multi-value averaging, and determine minimum and maximum readings. All of the Air Velocity Meters feature durable telescoping probes with etched length marks. Advanced models of these air velocity meters add a humidity measurement and perform dew point and wet bulb temperature calculations. Two models also include articulated probes.

VelociCalc® Air Velocity Meters

TSI's VelociCalc® Air Velocity Meters are easy to use from the first time you pick them up. The Models 8345 and 8346 measure velocity and temperature, calculate flowrate, perform multi-value averaging and determine minimum and maximum readings. The models 8347 and 8347(A) add a humidity measurement and perform dew point and wet bulb temperature calculations.
